• Perform unauthorized scanning or attacks using our platform.
• Monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor.

4. Monitoring Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and reliable monitoring. However, network issues, third-party outages, DNS propagation, internet conditions, or other factors may occasionally result in delayed, missed, or inaccurate monitoring events.

5. Notifications

Push notifications and email alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on third-party notification providers and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Service Availability

We continuously improve UptimePilot. Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. Temporary maintenance or outages may occur from time to time.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, and content related to UptimePilot remain the property of UptimePilot unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UptimePilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
